Do I need to take any external supplements or pills also?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! We, at Fit Femino do not prescribe any supplement or pills to you during your weight loss journey with us. We aim to make you lose weight in a total natural way through proper diets and workouts.
What will the nutritionist and fitness coaches do?
The coaches will analyse your body type, your lifestyle, fitness levels and considering your existing health conditions will design a customised DIET plan & WORKOUT plan for you and will guide you through the same during your weight loss journey.
Can I chose only one coach to lose weight?
Although, we recommend you to choose both Personal nutritionist as well as a Fitness coach to achieve the weight loss goals in shortest time possible. However, we still offer weight loss programs with single coach options also.
Will I gain back the lost weight once I finish the program?
NO !! Our weight loss programs are designed to make you lose weight in a completely sustainable manner. Our target is to not only provide you with diet & workout plans but also to transform your mindset towards leading a healthy lifestyle, so, you are able to maintain the weight that you have achieved and prevent any bounce back.
If I have health issues like PCOS, thyroid or diabetes, can I still lose weight?
ABSOLUTELY YES !!
Our weight loss programs keep your health conditions in proper consideration and are designed to not only provide you with the expected weight loss but also to help you manage/reverse health issues such as PCOS, thyroid, diabetes etc. However, the diets are not the substitutes for medications.
Is it possible to lose weight without exercise?
YES!! weight loss is 80% DIET & 20% EXERCISE. Therefore, a certain amount of weight can be lost with diet only but exercises do have a role to play. Exercise helps burning more calories, increasing metabolism, releasing happy hormones and providing a toned shape to your body which you have always desired. So, you may chose to go with diets alone and achieve good results but, we recommend you to incorporate exercises also to get the best and fastest results.
